Elks Home Service Program

CP of NYS and the New York State Elks Association have worked together since 1964 to provide direct services to adults and children with disabilities and their families in their communities, through the Home Service program. Today, there are 27 Home Service Directors serving over 12,000 people with disabilities.
The New York State Elks Association and CP of NYS work together to strengthen
the relationship between the organizations and provide additional support to the
