Family Caregiver Grant Available in Western New York

The Developmental Disabilities Regional Office (DDRO), Region 1 Western and the WNY DDRO Family Support Services (FSS) Advisory Council are pleased to announce the availability of funding to provide supports and services to families that care for a family member with a developmental disability living at home. The goal of Family Support Services is to assist families to remain intact for as long as they desire and avoid unnecessary out of home placement.  READ MORE HERE

 

Caplan Foundation for Early Childhood Grant Opportunity

The Caplan Foundation for Early Childhood supports innovative, creative projects and programs with potential to significantly enhance the development, health, safety, education, and/or quality of life of children from infancy through five years of age. The foundation provides funding in the areas of early childhood welfare, early childhood education and play, and parenting education.

Letters of Intent must be received no later than September 30, 2017. Upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full application.

Grant Opportunities From USTA

The Junior Tennis Foundation (JTF) raises funds for junior tennis and adaptive tennis within the United State Tennis Association (USTA) Eastern Section.  Grants can be used by organizations to initiate or expand their tennis activities. Grants may be used to start instructional programs and/or leagues for junior and adaptive players. The JTF Grant will be available to all not-for-profit organizations.  Applications are due May 15.
