Next Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (March 5th, 6th & 7th) the Legislative Conferences (Senate Republican, Democratic and Independent Democratic Conferences and Assembly Democratic and Republican Conferences) are meeting to determine their respective Budget priorities to be passed the week of March 12th, which sets their negotiating positions as they meet with the Governor to enact a Budget for the next fiscal year.

Please call your NYS Senator and Assembly member and request that they STAND UP 4 #bFair2DirectCare.

ASK your legislator to stand up in Conference and “indicate the SPIN UP of the next Phase of the #bFair2DirectCare Living Wage request (an additional $18.25M beginning Jan. 1, 2019) must be included in their Conference Budget resolution”.
